P COMM Waste Management in Singapore

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This was a project that was done for one of the modules on presentation skills. Tasked to pick an issue in Singapore to talk about and present it. Do thorough research on this issue and come up with solutions to solve this issue.

SCOPE

For this project, I decided to do a presentation about waste management in Singapore. Through research, I found out that only a small percentage of food thrown away in Singapore is recycled.

LEARNING EXPERIENCE

Learned about the existing solutions that existed for the particular solution. Learned to format presentations to propose solutions and support them with evidence from doing research. This module helped to improve my presentation skills and research abilities to better support my proposals/solutions in the future.
